Both. Audits, implementations, and migrations run as defined projects, while campaign execution and managed services run month to month. Plenty of clients start with an audit and keep us on as an extension of their team.
Can you fix an instance someone else set up?
Yes — that's exactly what audits and roadmapping are for. We health-check the instance, find what's broken or bloated, and hand you a prioritized plan. From there we can do the fixing ourselves or guide your team through it.
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on the scope — a fresh instance and a multi-platform migration are very different projects. Before any work starts, we build a business brief together that defines your objectives, deliverables, and timeline, so you know exactly what to expect.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. We work month to month — no long-term contracts. If we're not delivering, you shouldn't be locked in. It's that simple.
