Collide Digital ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website as a simple static site. We designed it to do one thing well: tell you about our work and give you an easy way to get in touch. Because of that, we collect very little, and everything below reflects how the site actually works today.

Information we collect

The only information we collect is what you choose to send us. When you fill out the contact form, you may share your:

  • Name
  • Company
  • Email address
  • The message and project details you write

All of this is submitted voluntarily. If you never fill out the form or email us, we do not gather personal details about you just for browsing the site.

How we use it

We use the information you submit for a single purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if it's a fit, to discuss working together. We may reply by email, ask a few follow-up questions, or set up a short intro call.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask to join. We won't share what you send us with third parties except as needed to deliver our reply to you (see Third-party services below).

Cookies & analytics

Today, this site does not set tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers that follow you around the web. There's no pixel quietly logging your visit.

We may add privacy-respecting analytics in the future — for example, Google Analytics — to understand which pages are useful. If we do, we'll update this policy to describe what's collected and why before or when that change goes live. We won't retroactively claim tracking that isn't actually running.

Third-party services

A couple of everyday services help this site function:

  • Email delivery. When you contact us, your message reaches our inbox at [email protected]. Delivering and storing that email involves our email provider, which processes the message so we can read and reply to it.
  • Web fonts. The site loads typefaces served by Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, Google may log the request (including your IP address) as part of serving them. We don't control Google's handling of that data; it's governed by Google's own privacy policy.

Data retention

We keep inquiry emails only as long as we reasonably need them — to answer your question, carry on a conversation, and keep a record of projects we've discussed or worked on. When a message is no longer useful for those purposes, we delete it. If you'd like us to remove your details sooner, just ask.

Your choices and rights

Because we hold so little, exercising your rights is simple. You may request a copy of the information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws; we're happy to honor reasonable requests either way.

Children's privacy

This site and our services are intended for businesses and the people who run them. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

As our site and services evolve — for instance, if we add analytics or new tools — we may update this policy. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Meaningful changes will be reflected here, so it's worth checking back if you're curious about how things stand.

The short version: we collect only what you send us through the contact form, use it just to reply and talk about working together, never sell it, and don't run hidden trackers. Questions? Email [email protected].
